Hi,
What is the best way to handle mobile speed dials? We currently have setup 40 outbound rules for our users mobile phones. Basically #0542 for a mobile number which ends in 542. However when dialling #0542 it doesn't tell you who's the number is, is there a way to display on the phone the Rule Name? i.e. the name of the user, so the person can check if they are dialling the right person? as it doesn't link to the directory which also has all the mobile numbers listed - it almost needs a speed dial setting on a contact in the directory, as it's quite laborious to look through the phonebook to call someone, when a quick 3/4 digit speed dial can be used. I can't believe there is not a simple way to enter speed dial shortcuts into 3CX? which is quite a common phone feature I would think. Perhaps I'm looking at this wrong.
