One other techniques you can do right now is route your inbound DID numbers to an extension (maybe your reception) and use the Available, Away, DND, custom profile 1, and custom profile 2 Forwarding settings to direct calls depending on the status of that main extension. So you can use DND as the easy one and using the extension->Forwarding auto switch setting to set a schedule for when the extension goes on DND and back to Available automatically can be convenient.
By chaining together combinations of office hours rules and forwarding rules based on extension status you can usually hack together something that solves the problem.
You can use the web client, or dial into the voicemail to easily switch that extension to a different profile. Most of the supported phones will also switch with the DND button on the phone (some models may only set DND locally on the phone so you must test this)
This generally works. You must just be cautious that reception doesn't fiddle with their forwarding settings if you have fine tuned things. You could also use a dummy extension for this and someone with the set status rights should be able to manipulate the dummy line in the web client.
