Solved Move call to queue if already on call

Hi,

I noticed that when I'm already on call with someone and get an external call, it just says I'm busy instead of routing the call to our queue. I have my extension set up so that external calls always get routed to the queue if my extension is busy or not logged in.

We are on Version 18.0 Update 4, hosted by 3cx

Do you have "Accept Multiple Calls"enabled on your user?

No, I figured that would enable knocking.

Well im not sure if it would solve it but you can always try and see if with that option on it does get transferred to the desired destibnation you specified.

Glad i could help! i figured if you get busy signal it probably had to do with not being able to get a second line in so it wont even look at the call forwarding settings.
