Hi,

We setup 3cx v15 PBX on an Intel Nuc in our office behind a Static WAN IP as well as Static LAN IP. We then moved the PBX server to the client's residential location, which has a different internal IP scheme as well as Dynamic IP Address on the WAN side. Before we go manually editing the IP addresses in Parameters, is there a way to re-run the 3cx Configuration wizard to get the new IP address information correctly into the PBX?

Kindly advise, thanks!

The short answer is probably going to be...re-install, entering the new parameters, then restore a backup.

Dear millennium2,

The recommended procedure by 3CX:
- take a backup of the existing system with out license and FQDN, copy the backup file to different location to avoid remove the backup file during uninstallation.
- uninstall and then reinstall the 3cx Phone system on your Intel Nuc and enter the new details during the installation procedure at the client premises.
- restore the backup.
