Moving from 3CX Hosted to Self-hosted environment

We're considering migrating our instance from a 3CX-hosted to a self-hosted environment to allow us to enable use of 3rd party tools or enable features like call flow apps (CDFs). That being said, since we already have paid for a 3CX-hosted environment, can we have rebates in case this pushes thru? Also, will 3CX support our environment if ever we chose to host it to a cloud provider not listed in the suggested platforms indicated in this url --> https://www.3cx.com/docs/recommended-hardware-specifications-for-3cx/

Please note that you can back up the hosted system and stop the hosted instance before moving to a self-hosted system; however, 3CX technical support is not available for systems installed with 3rd-party apps.

That said, you can use 3CX CFDs or call scripts with 3CX-hosted systems.
