Hi,

I followed the steps to move the server I back it up, turn the old server off and after reinstalling 3cx I restore the system on a new server.

I have 2 issues:

  1. The domain to access to the admin myserver.3cx.com... doesn't redirect to the new IP, yet I am able to receive and make calls.
  2. I moved the server to digital ocean, and the connection is not very clear no more (I was using google cloud in the past), does any of you face some issues when using digital ocean to host the server?

Thanks

1. Unless you are using IP registration and you gave your provider the domain name instead of the IP then it doesn't matter. The FQDN has nothing to do with your SIP trunk. If you are on standard or pro the TTL is 6 hours.

2.I'm sure someone does but that really doesn't matter to you. Everyone has their own path to the internet so what matters is your connectivity to Digital Ocan which apparently is not as good as your connection was to Google.
