After the update about 2-3 weeks ago, the function of executing an SQL query to create a new contact in the MS SQL database stopped working. The query itself is below, it used to work. SQL management studio runs without errors.

INSERT INTO COMPANY (COMPANY_NAME, ADD_telefon, DATA_INPUT, YUR_FIZ) VALUES (GETDATE(),'[Number]',GETDATE(),'2'); SELECT ID_COMPANY as contactid, COMPANY_NAME as firstname, ADD_telefon as phonebusiness FROM COMPANY WHERE ADD_telefon = '[Number]'

That's because the CreateContactRecord doesn't work anymore. It won't create it automatically.

This is now used for the CreateContactRecordFromClient, which allows user to manually create the contact with an actual name instead of defaults.

See the blog post regarding v18 U8.

I only use the android mobile application and my CRM, and do not use the 3CX web version to enter the contact name, how can I implement now the automatic creation of a contact in my CRM based on MS SQL database?

You'll need to do some custom XML probably.

The mobile app should be getting that feature in the near future. Probably next big beta. @Vali_3CX

The capability of creating CRM contacts will be added to the mobile clients shortly.

I don’t want to create contacts with new numbers manually, I want it automatically, it’s convenient, then make the setting with a checkmark to enable or disable the creation of all contacts, this would be correct for all clients without exception, otherwise, at the request of some clients, the function was disabled, but about those who used the function did not take care and did not even think!
