The thread above refers to Surface 4's having a 10 -15 sec call delay due to the camera firmware. Once firmware is updated the issue disappears. I can confirm that as I updated three Surface 4's in my organization to solve this issue.
However, I now have a Surface 2017 (Model 1796) with a similar issue that I updated to the latest firmware on the weekend and calls are still delayed. The user has the 3CX phone app on their cell and it rings 15-20 secs before the Surface.
Anyone else seen this?
