Hi.
I'm using 3CX CRM Integration for MS SQL and I wonder how can I find conversation time variable.
I already read official doc.

As an example:

Screen above shows what I get in my DB. [CallStartTimeLocal] and [CallEstablishedTimeLocal] are identical but I spent about 55 seconds waiting in a queue, and the real talk time lasted about 7 seconds. There is nothing like that in my DB. IMO [CallStartTimeLocal] should show time when a call reaches 3CX and [CallEstablishedTimeLocal] should show time when the real conversation started.
Am I wrong? Thanks in advance for any tip.

PS. I forgot to mention that it is about Call Journaling.

The queue answers the call as soon as it is received, so the call is considered answered from that point onwards, that's why you see the call start and established date & time the same.

CDRs seem to not have it either or am I missing something?

Call 1103,0000018810482661_209,00:00:26,2023/05/12 14:05:43,2023/05/12 14:05:44,2023/05/12 14:06:10,TerminatedByDst,69146416,Ext.8000,10002,8000,8000,ReplacedDst,Ext.2001,2001,,,,,Chain: 69146416;Ext.8000;Ext.2001;

I waited in the queue for about 24s and had conversation for 2s. There is nothing like that in CDRs.
My settings for DCRs are default. There are additional fields available but nothing relates to time.

You're right, sorry about the miscommunication. It seems the information can only be obtained from 3CX reports.
