multi-tenant extension ranges

i am not seeing extension ranges as an option if i go to add another department. It seems i should be seeing that, per step two on: https://www.3cx.com/docs/multi-tenant-configuration/. If i missed something, can you point me in the right direction? if I have to blow it out and start over, no big deal.

Well that indicates that the system is installed as dedicated and not as Multi Tenant.

If you go to the system Menu --- Multi Tenant, do you see it is enabled?

i was worried this might happen. I am reusing a license that I upgraded to 16Pro SC. I followed the steps in this setup guide, and saw nothing to check for Multi-Tenant. i obviously missed a step. i will blow it out and reinstall

i guess this is a question i never heard asked. Am i still able to install on AWS Lightsail?? i see my license key under Your 3CX Systems. However, if i go to Downloads > 3CX Multi-Tenant > Install, the key doesn't show up there. It is a 16sc Pro.

Looks like this was solve under thread: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/multi-tenant-registration-issues.132048/. I'm guessing my License Key just needs to be refreshed so that it shows up in Downloads. Can you help me out with that @Alejandro_3CX ?
