We have an installation with multi tenant, while installing we had a few thoughts, so have a few questions below, but also some information, should you have the same thoughts.
Department Contacts
When creating a contact as system owner, there is no option to add it to a department. If we add this through the Department Administrator it seems to add it to personal contacts. How do we add department contacts.
Department Team
We have dumb users, like VM, forwarding etc, and the Department Administrator, it seems the “hide from contacts” does not do what we want, but we want a way to hide these, in the admin and not at user level with “Show Unregistered Extensions”, but there is no need for the users to see them.
Migrating
Is there any way to migrate customers from their own Tenant to a multi-tenant?
Office 365 Integration
Can this be setup for multiple customers?
Cross tenant Extensions
You cannot call across tenant.
Contact options
Setting this is per system, there does not seem to be a way to set these per Department.
Backups
Is there anyway to split department backups\restore?
