Multicast Paging not working

I recently changed from a layer 2 to a layer 3 network and lost multicast paging. I am allowing multicast traffic through the firewall and I can see the information in Wireshark where it is coming through. The phones are not auto answering when someone dials the virtual extension number to actually do the paging. The phones are set to listen to ring groups and are a part of said group. Please help me out, thanks!
