Multiple email addresses for one extension

Hi all,

Is it possible to set multiple email addresses to one extension?

Tried using either , or ; and the system did not accept it.

Not support. You could use distribution list.

Hi daktur,

You cannot add multiple emails addresses to one extension but as mentioned above by 3CXusername, you can add a central email address which is a distribution list and you can add several accounts on that list.
