Is there a way to add additional email addresses for voicemail notifications of an extension. I can’t find documentation on it if it exists.

Why solve a problem that email has solved a long time ago? It's called a distribution list

Because not every office has that nor is my company in charge of this. But good suggestion.

The best solution is this, a distribution group.

A second-best alternative would be to create a Ring Group and add the extensions that have the emails that you want to receive the VMail notifications.

Then, in the Forwarding Rules of the Extension where the VMail will be left, set "Forward to Extension's Voicemail" and select the Ring Group you create.
All extensions in the Ring Group will get an email that would also include the wav file of the VMail.

Other that these options I don't see some other way.
