I have a Dr. office with an after-hours IVR, office-hours IVR and a lunch IVR.

Now, I can set the office hours on the inbound route and configure the lunch or after-hours IVR based on the time but I cannot make a third one that I can find.

Right now I have inbound trunk office hours 8-12,1-5 and then I have it set to 'lunch greeting' during the non-office hours. But after 5pm we need to switch the greeting so people can get the obligatory call 911 recording *and* still hit a number for a call service / hospital to get the call.

I thought I could set hours and make a 2nd inbound route with different hours, that doesnt allow it. I read somewhere someone said they setup a fake extension to have all inbound calls goto an extension where you can do more options, I think that would work but not sure thats the right way to do it.

Thanks, like I mentioned I saw some of those ways, and it seems to work, I just was wondering if there was a better or more supported way of doing it was all.

So Ill stick with it for now and document how its setup for the guy who comes after me in 9 months and has no idea how it works :)

Hello @benf

Currently the best way to achieve this is by using a dummy extension and let that handle the routing based on the time of day. You can set it up either by using forwarding rules and status changing using office hours or create exceptions in the dummy extension that will handle the routing of the calls.
