We are a global company looking at making the move to 3CX from our current Mitel system.
We are looking for a bit of advice as to which deployment route we should be going down. We will be looking at a hosted PBX but have queries in regards to locations we will be operating out of. The breakdown is as below:
- 100 in UK
- 15 in USA
- 5 in Canada
- 10 in UK that need to be dialling from USA, Canada, in the same ring groups etc.
What would be the pros/cons of going down a single PBX to run all locations as opposed to hosting an instance in each relevant region and having a link between the two. (Not sure how the latter works and whether possible)
Completely open to guidance on this. Also, not sure if i've posted in the right place?
