Greetings all:
Our office is running 3CX and our residence is running Incredible PBX. I have extension 38 registered to a Cisco SPA504G phone in my residence which is connected to our office PBX running 3CX. I also have extension 101 registered to a Grandstream GXP1625 phone in my residence connected to the residence PBX running Incredible.
Heres my question:

In theory, I wanted to connect the Incredible PBX to the first SIP Account and then the 3CX to the second SIP Account within the Grandstream phone. Now, I tried auto provisioning, and it seemed to work, but the phone was constantly ringing, as if it were trying to dial out. The second problem is that there was no sound. The second problem I believe is a mismatch between the audio codecs, so I will work on that.
Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated! If I forgot to provide a specific
