Multiple Sidecars on Yealink T46S

I can't figure out how to get BLFs to display on more than one sidecar on these phones. Previously we had Cisco SPA-504s, and 32 was the last button on the first sidecar, so 33 was the first button on the second sidecar. On Yealink T46Ss the first sidecar starts at 26, and there are two pages of 20 buttons each, so logic dictates that 66 would be the first button of the the second sidecar. I have one client that has BLFs up to the 70s, but anything after 65 disappears, the second sidecar is blank. We are using V15.5, latest supported firmware on the phones.

I believe if you want to use the 3CX template for a second sidecar you have to customize the template.
