Multiple sip trunks with different ip addresses

Hello,
I have a 3cx setup with 2 NICS on a linux VM. One nic is with a public ip address (used for phone registration, management, etc) and one is with private ip address through which is routed the provider's peer ip address of the sip trunk (network details provided by the provider).
I want to configure a new sip trunk with another provider, but this provider will also require a specific/dedicated private ip address. Is it possible to achieve this ? I'm some how new to the 3cx systems but from what I see there's no option of adding a third nic.

This should happen on the networking side.

1.
Onsite vm, Edgewater router can do all of this.

2.
Cloud vm or onsite vm, Make another vm with some routing software, pfsense would work. add your private nics to pfsense and bridge it to the 3cx vm nic.

3.
Have both private nics on the same subnet.

Thanks for the responses. Somehow I would like to avoid the setup which involves NAT with the two SIp providers.
What about using an alias on the LAN interfaces where I already have the first provider connected, with a different subnet provided by the second provider ? Would that be an option ?
If I add a new alias on the LAN nic and route the SIP peer of the second provider through it will it be necessary to do other settings on the 3cx other than restarting the processes to have them listen on the newly added ip ?
