Multiple time of day routes

Hi

We have a situation where the customer would like more time of day routes than we can accomplish with just a Day, Night and Break.

I have looked at maybe cascading routes but don't think that will go anywhere.

Other option I have though of but not yet investigated is using the CFD date and Time Conditions or (hopefully not) some c# code?

Or is there a simple way?

The most simple way is CFD (requires Pro or Ent license)

we have this even in a video how to do so, in the second module is the time base routing

Or create a dummy extension and under forwarding create exceptions and under from use * and choose specific hours and choose where you want to route calls.
