Multitenant and MOH - Music on hold

Trying to clarify music on hold with departments (AKA multitenant) limitations

Is there anyway to have different MOH for different departments?

The music on hold function is a global configuration item, but you can have a separate music on hold in the Queues while a caller is waiting for their call to be answered, so that should cover most of the requirements of your customers.

Just jumping on this one as it's the most recent. I have smaller 4SC and SMB Free clients that I'm bringing into my multi tenant set up. But the lack of shared music on hold is an issue. I have at least one customer that has had messages on hold recorded for them and they want to use it. I understand that you can have that playing in that company's department for their specific queue. But what if a call gets parked? Is there a way to specify MOH of park queues? I thought I read that it was a possibility but can't seem to find any option to configure it.

If it's not possible... I really think adding support for separate Music / MOH for multi tenant would be beneficial. Especially seeing as 4SC has been canned and I can only assume that 8SC will be next. It is making it really hard to keep customers motivated to stay on 3CX when there is no support for this in MT and the cost for a small business is too much for a dedicated instance.
