Solved Music On Hold doesn't play in Parking Lots

I'm experiencing a strange problem with one of our customers' 3CX systems. It will correctly play the MOH when placing a call on hold. It does not play MOH when parking a call in a parking lot. When I press a parking lot button, the hold music plays for 1/2 second then cuts off to silence. The caller stays parked until I pick it up.

I'm on version 18.0 update 8 (Build 939)

This problem is across the board, doesn't matter which brand phone I use to park a call. Anyone encounter this before and have a fix?

Make 2 extensions. Using the webclient/pwa on both, call one from the other. Place that call on park.
Does it play music?

Is there any different MOH for the call parking?

There's only 1 uploaded in the system. I'll try a different file.

I think he's asking, is the call parking MOH set differently than the regular MOH (or queue MOH, or conference MOH).

You might also try restarting the 3CX server, or its services, just to see.

That was it. I went into Settings > Call Parking and the MOH was set blank. I changed it and now it's playing.
