Music On Hold Ordering Issues

We've been searching the forums and it seems some people have this issue and some not, regarding the ordering process for Music On Hold.

We've done a few name changes to see if it would reflect the ordering but does not. We're running on 3CX Hosted. Attached photos.

Can somebody point us to how we can fix the ordering on a playlist?

In the playlist you create a name and select the prompt to upload. Then in the MOH tab you can select each playlist in order.

Hi Theodoros,
I've created the playlists, but the Queue settings are only allowing us to select the Playlist that we've created. How does it know to play the primary MOH tab playlist for this queue if we're selecting the specified playlist?

We want callers in the queue, to hear specific messages as it alternates the audio track (message > track > message > track...).

But when we upload the playlist files in the order we want, they change order by themselves entering the playlist. We're unclear how to create the playlist in order. Attaching photos showing the setup.
