Two question for music on hold :

1. when i place call in "transfer" ( external caller hear Music on Hold from start ) , when i press button Parking SP0-SP1 Music Return Play from Start is correctly ?

2. I press CONF , external caller not hear any Music on Hold , when i finished digit internal extension , external caller hear Music on Hold , is correctly ?

thanx

Depends how you have it set up. If you are using Streaming or Line In in v11 then music point is where the device or playlist is.
Otherwise - I think the wav method always starts from beginning.

yes you have right ! I use wav file .
But when
1. i put on hold via Transfert , call is on Hold ! when i press SP0 call remain on Hold ! Because MOH restart , must be continued .
Example MOH is file 60 second Music , i press Transfert , MOH Start , 1sec 2 sec .... at 10sec i press SP0 ( BLF ) that music restart 1sec 2 sec ....

2. in teory CONF place call on Hold ..... ( i suppose ) , why MOH not start

So are you saying conference callers hear no music on hold?
I'm not sure if V11 is the smae as V10 but....
Do you have a .WAV file for the conference calls?
Look under Settings, Advanced then the Conferencing Tab.
Here you can select a music on hold file to play for conference calls.

Sorry , no problem with conferencing on "n" extension , it work better .
Problem is when i use normal 3Way Conference :

1. user "A" on call with user "B"
2. user "A" make CONF ( button ) ---- user "B" no hear MoH , but it is on hold
3. user "A" make a 3 digit to other user "C"
4. user "C" ringing ---- user "B" hear MOH
5. user "A" press CONF (button) , ABC on call conference

My problem is , why during step 2 user "B" not hear MOH??

I just tried this scenario with version 11b and as soon as I hit [conf] the caller is put on hold and they can hear music.

Which phones/firmware version are you using?

I'm guessing the issue has to do with your phone's firmware because we are using Cisco SPA-504G phones here. Prior to firmware version 7.4.9a, when you pressed either [conf] or [bxfer] the caller was put on hold but couldn't hear any music.

Good answer Efounco , i haven't think that problem occurs from Phone !!!
I use Grandstream 2100 release 1.7.0.60 latest ...
I haven't in this moment other phone to replicate it , but your answer suggest me to investigate towards phone

Thanx soo much for your help
Bruno
