music on hold w/Polycom 330

I have 3cx running and a Polycom 330 IP phone. I uploaded a moh file, and when i put someone on hold from the phone, the moh doesn't work. If I use the VOIP client, and put a party on hold, the moh works.

Am I missing some configuration points on the Polycom?

Bind the polycom to media server.

Go to the extension

Check - PBX Delivers Audio
