Hi there,

Have a location where there will be one phone. The phone needs to be able to handle multiple calls at a time. Ideally without the use of a queue holding them. So if they are on a call the phone will ring letting them know another call is coming in.

What I've tried is:

Setting Multiple calls under Call Forwarding and adding multiple line keys to the BLF for the extension. When I am on a call and try a second call it just says user busy and gives me an error with my phone carrier.

Hi there.
If the call goes directly to the user, you must ensure you have option "Accept multiple calls", is it on for you?

Correct. The user has "Accept Multiple Calls" checked under call forwarding. The same user has 3 line BLF key's. Only will allow one inbound call at a time

When I am on a call and try a second call it just says user busy and gives me an error with my phone carrier.
But what do you see in the 3CX system at that moment?
Do you see the call entering your system (Active calls section of the Dashboard)? Have you run CALL REPORT/Call log to see what do you see there?

Thank you for the response. Yes the call hits the system and the says "Terminated by Rule".

Again, the conditions are BLF Line Keys. Accept Mutiple Calls enabled. If I am on a call and another comes in it goes "Terminated by Rule"

Normally it should work.
What if you send the call to another new user that you will create, which is a Webclient for example, and have the same settings to allow multiple calls? Does it make a difference? What if its a Queue, can you receive multiple calls in there?
