my 3cx dns does not resolve

I host a 3cx on premises and I have a dynamic Public IP
I got 3cx dns from the system but it seems that this dns name is not resolved from public DNS servers

Any idea?

If your IP changed, the DNS needs to update. 3CX FQDNs are quick on changing the IP, but the TTL is 6 hours on Standard/Pro licenses and 5min on Enteprise (for faster failover.)

You probably need to wait the 6h.

Hello,
Check also if you are using google DNS 8.8.8.8 in primary and 8.8.4.4 in secondary.
But like @ConceptsWeb say you need for the dns propagation.

Also make sure you have configured the network to be 'Dynamic Public IP' under settings -> network settings - Public IP
