Hello,

My installation is on-premise but is marked as self-hosted.

How would I change this so I can ask a question under on-premise part of the forum?

Yes, originally it was self-hosted, but it now has been moved to on-premise about 6 months ago.

What is the installed version?
Are you able to activate?

It has been running for the last 6 months as on-premise.
Running 18.0 Update 9 (Build 20)
When I try and start a message in the on-premise part of the forum I cannot select the system as it's not there, but when I come here it is, as I started this thread under that system id.

This is not the last update... Are you able to activate/refresh your licence on your 3cx?

Yes, the licence is activated and can be refreshed.

The system has been working for the past 6 months. It was installed on premise with no problems at all and has been working well.

I just want to post a thread in the on-premise section of this forum as I have a problem on the system, unrelated to the licence.

To post a new thread I'm required to enter the system id, which the forum doesn't list the system id under the on-premise section, as I wish to place the thread into the correct section.
