Hi,

This is something you need to discuss with those sites maintaining the spam lists and possibly your provider.

There might also be a valid reason this has happened in the first place, so you will have to look further into it.

If it is samsung they have a provider called HIYA

I had a customer where their number was showing as a flower shop (which they wernt) sent a support request and they sorted it quickly.

I would be very concerned at to why your number has been added to a blacklist. Some Scam callers have a nasty habit of using legitimate, active phone numbers, as their caller ID. Perhaps this has happened here. If this is the case, then even if you have it removed, it may quickly be back on one list, or another.

If that's the case, you might be SOL for a few more months. Come 6/30/2021 the FCC (here in the US) when STIR/SHAKEN is mandatory:
