MyPhone ISSUES!!! Freezing!

Wave about 20 users here and a number of them are having issues with the myphone desktop app! It is freezing to a point where they need to kill the task and reopen the myphone to use it. Is anyone else having this issue? It is not all users but at least 5 of them. I have reinstalled the Myphone, Cleared Silverlight Cache, Reinstalled Silverlight.

I am experiencing the same issue here, but we only run v10 in a test environment yet (still using v9 in our live system).

After the upgrade of v10 to SP2 I noticed the same problem as described above, MyPhone freezing and being unable to use/close it (can only be closed by using task manager). After the process has been killed it can be re-opened again and works like normal for some time.

Using Windows XP Pro SP3.

Hope this instability will be fixed soon, because we want to switch over to v10 very soon.

Having this issue as well with some users. Started after the update to the last release. Any news on what it is causing the trouble?

I can confirm. Same problem. It freezes first, and then asking for credentials. It happens after some idle time, when I'm not using it.

This is now generalizing. Is 3CX diagnosing the issue? Is there anything we can do from our side?

It seems that this happens hen I close a browser. By the way, at which engine Myphone works? I using Mozilla Firefox (Palemoon) as default browser. May be this is an issue?
