Hello,

We are using MySQL Database CRM Integration.

Since V20 update, I get an error message. Nothing was changed server-side.

The message is: SSL Authentication Error

In attachement you will find debug.

Make sure you have TLS 1.2 enabled on the MySQL server.

Also disable SSLv3 if enabled. It is unsecure.

It's enabled.

This is most probably because the MySQL user account you're using to login, is configured with an old authentication mechanism. You will need to reconfigure your user to use "caching_sha2_password".
