Name of recordings - time stamp/bad time zone

We have trouble with name of files recordings. In the system Advanced setup is Time Zone Czech Republic Prague +1 hours, but name of files have other time stamp -2 hours. It is hosted version. Is it possible fix it/change globally ?

Hello,

The recordings filenames are stored in UTC format so keep this in mind for whatever reasons you need to process filenames.

The management console will compensate and show your correct region-based time (so you can always see the correct time no matter where you connect from) but you cannot force the filenames to change.
