Hello,
I have the following issue:
Usually, when a call comes in, an incoming rule is directing the call to a queue.
When the call is recorded, the name of the incoming rule is set to the file name of the record.
But,
when there is a SIP trunk with only main number, the incoming rule is working, but the name of it is not placed to the recording file name.
Even when I add a several DID e.g.
Main Number: 12345678
DID: *2345678
or changing the Main Number to anything else.
The incoming rule for this DID is not working. It will always perform the action for the main number, which does not include the name of the incoming rule to the file name of a record.
Is there any fix or workaround to get the name of the incoming rule to the file name of the record?
Kind regards
KarstenW
