A couple of days ago, our Askozia Telephony Server stopped working. We use the Askozia Server to run the IP telephones in a small resort in the Philippines.
We looked at the internals of the unit and the CF card circuit board has a red light on the +5V marking and Amber light at the CD marking. There is a green light on the Motherboard. The LAN port shows no link lights when a RJ45 cable is plugged in so it's unreachable. We connected a HDMI cable to a monitor but there is no display on the monitor so the unit is not outputting any information to the screen. Also, we cannot find any schematic diagrams explaining the Red and Amber light on the CF card circuit board.
There are no manuals or schematics anywhere for this unit that we have been able to find.
Does anyone have any experience with troubleshooting the unit or has the schematic diagrams of the circuitry? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!
