Greetings!
Folks, need some help with the following issue:
I could manage to add custom rings to my Polycom SPIP 331, SIP 3.3.1, phone via a provisioning server, can select and activate them in the menu of my phone. That is fine. If I call to my phone from an another device (SoftPhone, FXO gaitway (which are not defined in the global address book file 000000000000-directory.xml) my custom rings work fine and don't if I call to my phone from another phone which IS registered in that address book.
I notice that 000000000000-directory.xml file contains <rt>3</rt> fields for each account. The ring type assigned to the record.
If I delete those lines and manage to push the book to my Polycom phone my custom rings start working.
Please, please advice, how can I manage that 3CX not to generate <rt>3</rt> fields, or somehow make my Polycom to ignore <rt>3</rt> fields.
Thanks!
