Need to create 4 digit extension in 3 digit installtion

Hello All,

I install 3CX 7.1.6589 system, during installtion I check 3 digit extension length, now I need to create 4 digit extention. Kindly letme know how can i create 4 digit extension in 3 digit installed environment or vice versa.

All yours support will be highly appreciated.

You cannot use different number of digits then what you have set it up as.

If you installed a 4 digit environment, you need to use 4 digits. if you installed with 3 digits, you have to use 3 digit numbers.
