Need to Delete Trial

Hi

I went for a trial via Google Cloud and I have backed it up and restored it elsewhere. The problem is the Google one is still active and keeps sending their IP address and updating the 3cx A record. I cannot see it in my Google account though. I have stopped all of the services in the hope that helps, but any suggestions please?

Confused how you can stop all the services for a VM you can't see? If you created a Google trial account and then provided the credentials/API key to the PBXExpress tool then you should absolutely be able to see the VM there to delete it. If you can't, you might be signed into the wrong Google account. Otherwise you need to call Google and ask them for help. Now if you did the straight 3CX trial you would need them to delete the instance. But it would probably be faster to release the FQDN and then get a new key and use that with the FQDN wherever you reinstalled it at.

If your trial PBX is a free hosted 3CX instance then this will not be visible under your account as it is hosted by 3CX. If that is the case send me a p.m. so we can look into the issue.

Stopped services via the 3cx Web console. Have 3cx support deleting it for me now
