Need to re-register an old version

We are trying to get all our 3CX installations up to date prior to the SSL cert changes due soon – one of these is still running 3CX version 12.

This was uninstalled today and an attempt was made to install ver 12.5. However, it was then discovered that the PC was running Windows 7 32 bit and 12.5 would not install. As we won’t have a replacement pc until next week, Version 12 was re-installed and the backup restored as a temporary measure. However, the license key failed to activate so 3CX is now running in the restricted Free mode.

The license key, is valid up until Feb 2019. [license key removed by moderator]

The error message is:

Unexpected Error: License Key Activation Failed License: 60 System: 0


Does anyone know if there is any way to activate this license on ver 12 until we have a replacement Windows 10 PC next week?

This looks like the issue -we'll go through these steps.
