Need to start learning 3cx

Greetings

We have 3cx as our PABX software, it is all set up and working fine.
But from time to time the staff need things changed. Which i need to work out how to do.

Could someone point me in the right direction to start learning how to "get more" from our 3cx setup.

Yes we could contact the people that set it up, But to be honest their quality of service is not the best, and we would rather not deal with them if we don't have to. Nor is there anyone, that we can find in our area at least, that works with the 3cx system.
