Needed: Chat Window Steal Focus

Have the latest greatest for v10 r2, the chat history and timing are great but my clients are asking for the chat window to steal focus (to the front) so they know when a chat has come in. We know it does create a sound, but if headphones are being used it could get lost. Please advise. Thank you.
