We did. Pain in the butt, but we did. They have a newish REST API now don't they? Can you try using the CRM template generator for basic popup and call journaling? Otherwise more in-depth probably needs middleware in there somewhere. I believe @ConceptsWeb has done netsuite before.
We did it the easy way from the 3CX settings, integration. Then pasted the NetSuite search URL, then added the %CallerNumber% at the end. This works as when someone calls, the number is searched in NetSuite.Hi has anyone had success integrating NetSuite with 3CX ?
We already built one based on the 3CX integration specs. It does use the REST API with OAuth.i have access both of NetSuite's APIs... SOAP & REST. They have a built in "telephony" module, but it only works with two providers. They have an additional TAPI or CLI module that is supposed to interface at the user level instead of sever level.... but since 3CX has killed the CLI..., i think we are looking at the REST API. I've scanned over it, and it appears to be pretty thorough. id like to discuss if anyone is truly interested in participating in building an integration/app.
