I started the test in german and am having some difficulties in some questions with the translation (I did manage to finish it in the end). Is it possible to change languages mid-test?

With which specific questions have you had this experience?

You can change the language by going to the 3cx Portal, selecting “Personal Information” > “Preferred Language,” changing it from DE to EN, and saving your changes.
Afterwards questions are in EN.
