With which specific questions have you had this experience?

You can change the language by going to the 3cx Portal, selecting “Personal Information” > “Preferred Language,” changing it from DE to EN, and saving your changes.
Afterwards questions are in EN.

Previous Certificates Have Been Removed​

With the launch of the new 3CX Academy, previous certificates have been removed.

Academy content has been fully updated to reflect the latest version of 3CX, including new features such as AI and transcription.

This means older certificates may no longer reflect the current product. If you were certified before, you can retake the new certification to stay certified under the updated academy.
