We have a 3CX install V16.0.1.273 that was working well for all users.
It was installed with a Pro Trial Key.
Since then it was downgraded to a Standard Key as I expected it to.
Yesterday our Certificate was renewed automatically within 3CX. I received the email.
The SSL Certificate for your 3CX installation at xxx.xxx.xxx.com has been successfully renewed for the next 90 days.
This has been done automatically for you and no further action is required.
Your 3CX web server is now secured and all web traffic that passes via 3CX is encrypted.

Today, the 2nd August, 1 day after the Upgraded SSL, none of the Voicemails were being delivered to the users EMails.
I went to Settings/Email and did a test email and the error was 5.7.0 License key is not enabled.
So I looked at the license, Dashboard/License and it says my License key has been revoked.
I do a Refresh License Key and it keeps coming back revoked.
On a restart of the system the Activity Log it says License loaded sucessfully. License level: 2
Can anybody shed some light on this please.

The ability to use your own SMTP server is a Pro feature and I'm guessing you were doing so. You'll need to change it to 3CX SMTP and you should be all set.

Thanks for your response. The issue is not the SMTP error, it is already set to 3CX SMTP. The issue is that the license has been revoked.

We got to the bottom of the issue.
Do not put fake details in the Trial download form.
I added a phone number of the customer as 12345678
They do some background checks on these details after the fact and then revoke the license if they think it is spam.

Hah. While I knew they invalidated licenses, I would have never guessed that was the cause. Thanks for posting.
