if set as an extension, will a cfd app show in the "people" list?

No, in that case the app will have a number, but it's not a normal extension, it's a different entity, in the same way a queue has a number but is not listed as people.

ah that makes sense. definitely makes it easier to organize, rather than having to use a digital receptionist :).

Yes, and that also has other advantages. For example, an agent can transfer a call to a Survey app without intermediate steps, and this way the CFD app receives the number of the extension transfering the call to it.

Update is with Speech Input is very slick.

Is it yet possible to update/insert into the caller ID/Contact name info so when transferring to agent we can include caller reference info (e.g. customer ID)?

Hello John, unfortunately this is not possible at the moment.

Hello @edossantos

The Speech To Text demo immediately exits for me, and I can't find any information on why it keeps crashing. I imported the .json from Google Cloud as directed by the guide you guys posted. Any insights?

You should enable verbose logs, run a test call, and check the 3CXCallFlow.log file, which will tell you exactly what's causing the error. If the issue persists, please start a new thread in the CFD forum, so we can properly help you.

hello edson, i'm doing tests with google's STT and i have a similar problem. In the CFD log I got the following:
--->
System.InvalidOperationException: Error creating credential from JSON. Unrecognized credential type.
at Google.Apis.Auth.OAuth2.DefaultCredentialProvider.CreateDefaultCredentialFromParameters (JsonCredentialParameters credentialParameters)
---
solved your problem?
What guide are you talking about?
