New Client Azure

Hi There i am trying to push out another client through the portal. We host all client PBX in azure but when I run through the new server process it asks for a Azure server name which is fine and then the Project drop down which is blank. I cannot move on past this stage now! I have tried in multiple browsers as well incase it was an issue with edge but no luck.
