Currently it is upgraded to latest version 3cx system (Ver 16 ) And the firmware is also upgraded to 1.0.9.135 (GXP2160) & 1.4.132 (GXP1625) .You really need to post more information when asking for help. There's no mention of what version of 3CX, what phone make/model, or anything. Assuming these are the same phones you mention in another thread (GXP-2160) please confirm you are running the latest firmware 3CX recommends (1.0.9.135). In your other thread you mention you are running 1.0.8.56 which is not supported with v16.
I'd recommend following the steps here:

Factory rest one phone, upgrade it to the correct firmware version (if needed) provision it and then try again. If it's still slow, it may be related to the address book if you have a large number of entries.

After a reboot it behave like that and becoming slow .Hi @MPH2020
- After a reboot of the phone, does it behave well for a while before becoming slow?
- Are you currently using custom templates or are the phones provisioned automatically by 3CX without any manual changes from you?
I have around 200 ext numbersDo you have a large phonebook on PBX ?
If this is the case it could be phones are overloaded by phonebook and if weak hardware on 1625 then it slow the phone
The phones are provisioned from the serverHello @MPH2020 ! Are your phones provisioned locally, STUN or SBC ? What if you try a *777 (echo test)
I have around 200 ext numbers
i mean i have 200 contacts list in the phone book database of 3cx .Has your system always had this issue or is it recent ?
@aws2p talk about phonebook and you answer about ext (which is extension) numbers..
It is running with POE switch (HP) .It makes me think about a network issue. If they've reboot issues too.
Are they running with an A/C or with PoE ? Can you move on of them to isolate the problem or run a pcap to check what's going on ?
do we have any solution for that .As this is a low end model, the larger the phonebook the larger the delay.
GXP2160 should not be too affected. For the GXP1625, I'd change that simply to a better one. Might wanna look at the GXP17xx series.do we have any solution for that .
you are correct GXP2160 is working fine . Only GXP6125 is having the problem .GXP2160 should not be too affected. For the GXP1625, I'd change that simply to a better one. Might wanna look at the GXP17xx series.

Noted . I will try to do it and update .You can try a couple of things to make it lighter. From the phone's UI try to disable this feature which may speed up your dialling: Settings > Call Features > Predictive Dialing Feature
This will not reduce the delay when picking up the handset unfortunately, that delay seems to exist even when the phone is not yet provisioned.
If this is a phone that is used regularly, then it may be a good idea to replace it with a higher end model that meets the user's expectations.
