I've started getting this error after upgrading to Ver 5

Do you have the complete log?

Or maybe what where you trying to do when this happen, what devices??

it pops up every 45 seconds. doesn't matter if i'm on the phone or not.

if you have not so much lines and extensions try clean setup

of if that is to much work try at least backup and restore after clean install.
