New feature of group as destination not working?

I set up a spare number with an inbound rule to a populated group but it comes up as busy when I call it.

Error is:
02/08/2023 12:59:21 PM - Call to T:Unk?:GRP0002@[Dev:sip:[email protected]:5483;rinstance=bf1c61308495ca90] from L:88.1[Line:10000<<07850xxxxxx] failed, cause: Cause: 487 Request Terminated/INVITE from 127.0.0.1:5483

Not sure what I'm missing in the setup.

Answering my own question. The settings for routing are not in the management console, they are in the webclient for the system owner. Once I'd worked that out we started working.
