New issue with Hosted 3CX and SBC on Debian

Today at around 1PM I noticed our Debian SBC went offline in the 3CX admin portal. I logged into the SBC and found it was running and able to ping Google. I rebooted and checked for updates and got a green message that the SBC was running successfully however it remained offline in 3CX admin portal. I am not able to ping the hosted 3CX server from the SBC but I am able to resolve it via a trace route. I don’t see the SBC IP blocked in the 3CX firewall so I am not sure what else to do. It is worth noting we put a public IP address on the SBC last Friday, but otherwise has made no changes

If the SBC IP changed you might need to remove and add it again on the PBX.

I tried this and it remains offline in the 3CX admin portal. Is it OK to have a public IP on the SBC or could that be the issue?

As long as the routing works, it shouldn't be a problem. From the SBC, can you telnet to 443 & 5090 on the PBX?

Maybe your internet provider has implemented IPv6 and the routing will follow this IPv6 ?
This can also be on the DNS with preffered IPv6 or something like this.

Try to add the IPv4/FQDN to the hosts file on the SBC, see if this will resolve the problem.

We had to create an allow rule in the 3CX firewall and it came back online
